COVID 19 Guideline Updates for Fitness Skating Times & Cafe
We would like to thank you for considering to skate with us upon your next visit. We will continue to make sanitization and customer safety our #1 priority. As we return back in a modified way, we are excited to see all of you once again in a safe and physically distance way. We would like to thank you in advance for complying to the rules that we as a business must follow in order to open. If you are unable to follow these rules, we would politely request you wait to visit us until current restrictions are lifted. We truly do appreciate your support.
The Governor and Department of Health have issued strict mandates that we must follow in order to operate Fitness Sessions. Please help us by complying. We understand it’s different than before and we are doing the best we can under these circumstances. If the following does not work for you and your family, then please visit us outside for mini golf or join us when you feel more comfortable to join us for indoor fitness activities. We appreciate your support!
Fitness Skating Sessions will have online ticket sales available. We highly encourage guests to purchase online tickets to ensure entry and provide a touch-less experience. Walk-In tickets may be available if capacity limits have not been reached for desired Fitness Skating Session.
Due to limited capacity limits set forth by the Governor, we will only be allowed up to 25% of our normal capacity inside per session. All minors will be required to purchase Skating Admission and a Skate Rental Ticket if they do not have their own skates. Minors not skating will still be charged Admission & Skate Rental, and need to be seated at a table with a parent chaperone. Guests who are NOT on the skating rink, will be required to wear masks unless seated at a table preparing to eat and or drink.
Masks are REQUIRED for entry and while inside our facility, no exceptions. The only time a mask can be pulled down is while sitting at a table with immediate family to eat/drink OR while on the main Skating Floor during Exercise. Once you come off the floor onto the carpet, masks must be put back on.
Fitness Skates will have an Instructor available for those that may need some additional tips and guidance.
No outside food or drink permitted. Not even personal water bottles. Free cups of water provided at our Café are available if needed. Our water fountain is not in operation due to Covid 19 safety protocols.
Physical distancing is required and will be enforced on the skating floor and throughout lobby.
Our Café is allowed to seat 5 or less per table within the same household.
The Arcade will NOT be open per State Mandates until further notice. Novelty items will be for sale in the Fun Shop for those that wish to purchase.
We have increased our already stringent cleaning regimen and will be sanitizing throughout every fitness skate and also deep cleaning in between sessions and overnight. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility at over 15 locations. We have added other safety measures to keep everyone safe during their workout. We ask that you sanitize hands upon entry and often during your time with us.
If you or anyone in your household is not feeling well with any COVID 19 like symptoms, we ask that you wait to visit us until everyone is well. If you have been in contact with anyone testing positive for COVID 19, please wait to visit us for two weeks to make sure you are clear of any symptoms.
Our staff will be checked for symptoms of sickness upon entry with a temperature check as well. All staff is required to wear a mask and will be required to sanitize hands and their work areas frequently.
